Service Description

Join me for a revitalizing morning yoga class! We'll start with a powerful vinyasa flow to awaken our bodies and minds, followed by some kundalini elements to help us tap into our inner strength and release any tension. We'll move into meditation practice to quiet our minds, connect with our breath, and work on our chakras to leave us feeling grounded and centered. All levels are welcome to join this invigorating practice. See you on the mat <3
