ABOUT ME
Guided by the spirit of creative alchemy, I’ve spent my life immersed in the arts, yoga, and the mystical world of the "woo," with astrology sparking my curiosity about spiritual growth and self-discovery.
My journey has led me to embrace a multifaceted creative life, teaching art, offering coaching for wellness startups, and creating transformational retreats, all while working in the art department for film and television as a proud IATSE member. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and certifications in meditation and Inner Alignment coaching, I help others overcome limiting beliefs through self-empowerment.
Now, I embrace my role as a guide, helping clients move past fears and into their inner strength. Through the alchemy of creativity, I support their growth, transformation, and authentic self-expression, so that they can connect to their intuition and step into the life they create.

ENERGETIC ALIGNMENT
In my Energetic Alignment services, I integrate yoga, meditation, astrology, intuitive guidance, and Inner Alignment coaching to create a deep mind-body connection. Through personalized sessions, I guide you in releasing blockages and tuning into your body's wisdom, fostering a whole-body sensory experience that facilitates transformation. This holistic approach engages your senses, aligns your energy, and empowers you to connect with your true potential, bringing clarity, balance, and profound personal growth.
ARTISTIC EXPRESSION
My Creative Expression services offer in-person and online art classes in watercolor, acrylic, embroidery, and journaling, all infused with the spirit of creative alchemy. Each session is designed to inspire and ignite your imagination, often incorporating meditation and other modalities to deepen your connection to your inner creativity. Whether you’re exploring vibrant colors on canvas or stitching stories through thread, these classes provide a nurturing space for you to express yourself, transform your artistic skills, and discover new dimensions of your creative journey.
FILM AND TELEVISION
As a proud member of Local 44 in IATSE, my role as a property person is at the heart of my work in the film and television industry. This position allows me to bring creativity and precision to every project, ensuring that props are not just functional but also integral to storytelling. With a deep understanding of set dynamics and attention to detail, I collaborate with directors, designers, and crew to create immersive environments that enhance the narrative. This work is my J.O.B., and I take pride in contributing to the magic of bringing stories to life on screen.
DIGITAL CREATION
My Digital Creation services focus on empowering new business owners to take charge of their online presence. I offer website creation on the Wix platform and social media management, along with private lessons designed to help you confidently manage and shape your digital message. As your coach and guide, I also provide the Inner Alignment program for business owners, a unique 10-week coaching experience that addresses the personal fears that often arise in business. Together, we’ll work on both the technical aspects and the personal fears that arise from being a business owner, building your website and social media brand plan to ensure you leave with a clear, empowered message that resonates with your clients.
